but as I wrote in my last post, I had developed problems with my throat/neck. I did so visited the doc, diagnosed with high BP and then with diabetes. but nonetheless it is at early stages. one of the docs I frequented approved me hell lot of medications but the other said you can control it without medication as my HbA1C was 8.9% and also for that one week my glucose level came up down.
You may want to hold the Dr. test you for Hypothyroidism and Hypoglycemia.... I have been through almost just what you have experienced... my symptoms have included problems swallowing, my tongue feeling swollen, dizzyness, feeling foggy, in short supply of breath, identified as having Acid Reflux and Anxiety attacks, unable to sleep, numbness in my legs and arms, achiness of my muscles and joints... all are symptoms of both hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia... and hypothyroidism can be prompted by stress... I.E. giving up smoking... which can result in major hormone changes!!!! All the while the physician made me feel like I was dropping my brain (I was yelling at people around me, experiencing rounds of manic depression)... I have already been on thyroid medication for 3 weeks and can tell a notable difference already. I am hoping this helps cause I know feeling like sacrificing your mind feels as though CRAP!
